Kate Winslet's historical drama, Lee, is about to hit theaters, and there are several options for where and when audiences can see it. Winslet portrays the titular Lee Miller in the biographical story of Vogue magazine's war correspondent, formerly a fashion model, during World War II, where she captures the harsh realities of war through the lens of her camera. Joining Winslet in Lee's cast are Alexander Skarsgård as Roland Penrose, Andy Samberg as David E. Scherman, Andrea Riseborough as Audrey Withers, and Josh O'Connor as Antony Penrose, among many others.
When Will Lee Release On Streaming?
Lee Will Be Available To Stream On Hulu
US distributor Roadside Attractions is currently under a deal with Hulu to stream its movies after theatrical release, which will more than likely include Lee - though this has yet to be confirmed. Looking at Roadside Attractions' history of other movie releases, however, informs how they will handle Lee as it continues its release. Typically, their movies are available to stream just under a month after its theatrical release date, which means that Lee will likely be available to stream on Hulu before November 2024 arrives, if this pattern continues.
When Will Lee Release On Digital?
Lee Has No Digital Release Date Announced
It's possible that before it hits streaming, Lee will be released digitally for home viewing. When exactly this will occur, however, is left to be seen. Curiously, it's also possible that Lee will actually release on digital either simultaneously with or after its release on streaming, based on how other Roadside Attractions movies have received their digital releases. This means that, similarly to its approximated streaming date, Lee ought to be available on digital prior to November, perhaps in the final week or so of October 2024.
